It's that time again...tips for how to help kids (and ourselves) adjust to DST.

Sleep is one of my favorite topics. This is because it is relatively easy to help kids improve their sleep and because lack of sleep can explain so many behaviors. Stanford sleep experts have put together a Q&A of why our kids have difficulty adjusting to the time change. Although just a one hour shift, it seems to take kids a number of days to adjust. Sometimes it takes longer.



And, here are some general tips for how to improve children's sleep in general.
